Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support children with developmental needs. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster meaningful progress and positive experiences for our clients and their families.

Duties

- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions designed to improve communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment plans and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support consistent therapy approaches.
- Assist with medication administration when necessary, following proper protocols and medical terminology.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, client responses, and progress notes accurately and timely.
- Support patient care by monitoring clients’ well-being during sessions and responding appropriately to their needs.
- Follow all safety procedures,



including medication administration protocols and medical terminology guidelines.

Requirements

- Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of special education principles and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Ability to administer medication safely in accordance with established protocols.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to pediatric care and therapy settings.
- Excellent data collection skills to track client progress effectively.
- Compassionate attitude with a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- Certification or training in ABA therapy is a plus but not mandatory; ongoing professional development encouraged.
