Ray is an award-winning creative agency based in St. John's, NL offering full-service, results-oriented marketing and advertising solutions for clients across the country. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and creatively minded Account Coordinator to join our agency team. This role combines client service, project coordination, marketing, and social media.

You’ll support the day-to-day management of key accounts, coordinate projects across internal teams, and help ensure client work is delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in coordinating social media for select accounts—from content planning and scheduling, to community management, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

Account & Client Coordination

- Support day-to-day management of client accounts
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client requests
- Work closely with creative, digital, media, and production teams
- Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and follow-ups
- Track projects, budgets, and deadlines
- Build robust client relationships and proactively identify needs
- Help keep projects moving and flag potential issues early

Social Media

- Participate in the development and management of social media content calendars
- Coordinate content and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Work with creative team on the development of captions, social copy & creative assets
- Coordinate client approvals
- Schedule and publish content
- Monitor channels and coordinate community engagement
- Stay on top of trends and identify content opportunities
- Track performance and assist with social media reporting

What You Bring

- 1–3 years of experience in an agency, marketing, communications, PR,



or related environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines
- Confidence working with clients and internal creative teams
- Understanding of social media and digital content
- A creative eye and understanding of what makes content engaging
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
