Accounting Technician

We are always interested in connecting with exceptional people and are currently seeking an Accounting Technician to join our team and provide bookkeeping support to our assurance clients. This position operates as a separate department and is responsible for regular bookkeeping cycles and as a point of contact for those clients.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

Transitioning clients to Quickbooks Online





Linking bank accounts and statements

Preparing and filing HST

Sending periodic reports to clients and providing bookkeeping support

Qualifications

College or university education is considered an asset

Previous accounting experience in a business workplace or a public accounting firm is essential

Salary will be commensurate with education, qualifications, and experience

Our Hiring Process

Selected candidates will participate in at least one interview, either in person or virtually, with a Senior Manager and Partner of the firm. A second interview may be required.
