Duties

- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client.
- Provide expert nail care services such as manicures and pedicures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and answering inquiries professionally.
- Promote retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling skincare, makeup, and nail products.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and sterilizing tools after each service.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or skincare specialist within a full-service salon or spa setting.
- Robust knowledge of current beauty trends including makeup techniques, eyelash extension application, and nail care procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling products, and conducting product demos to enhance guest satisfaction.
