Job Summary

Join our vibrant after school program team as a Program Leader and Driver, where you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing setting for children after school hours. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for guiding children through enriching activities, providing transportation to and from designated locations, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a positive atmosphere that encourages learning, creativity, and social development.

Responsibilities

- Safely transport children to and from school, community centers, or designated activity sites using provided vehicles.
- Lead engaging after school activities focused on tutoring, teaching, and early childhood education principles.
- Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and promoting respectful behavior.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff to support each child's individual needs and progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and activity space, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document attendance, activity participation,



and any incidents accurately in required records.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages children’s social skills, curiosity, and love of learning.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving children preferred.
- Prior experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with energy and enthusiasm.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes respect.
- Must pass background checks and adhere to safety regulations related to transportation and childcare.
