FLiiP Inc. is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (AI & Growth) to own paid acquisition campaigns end to end. Based in the Montreal area, this hybrid role requires 2–3 days per week at our Brossard office and close collaboration with sales, GTM Engineering, design and brand teams.
You will build and maintain measurement stacks (GTM, GA4, CAPI), connect ad spend to HubSpot and shape AI-driven marketing workflows, automation, and creative pipelines to scale growth across North America.
