Role:
The Assembly Technician II is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure they meet company quality standards. This role also provides basic service support, including troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Assembly Duties
- Perform assembly tasks on pumps and truck equipment according to engineering drawings, work instructions and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments safely and effectively
- Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform functional testing to verify proper operation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Record assembly and inspection results as required
- Identify and report quality concerns, material shortages, or process improvements
Service & Support Duties
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of products
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend corrective actions
- Assist with preventive maintenance and service activities
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding service requirements and repair status
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical, mechanical, or electrical training is considered an asset
- Minimum 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, or service experience preferred
- Second or third year 421A apprentices are considered an asset
- A 310S or 310T licence is considered an asset
- Basic troubleshooting and repair experience
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
