Key Responsibilities: • Manage corporate and individual insurance licensing • Serve as legal adviser on regulatory matters • Review commercial contracts and legal templates • Oversee compliance training for stakeholders • Lead regulatory engagement within the Canadian market
Requirements: • Canadian-qualified lawyer with at least 10 years’ experience • Significant in-house legal experience in insurance • Deep understanding of insurance regulations • Solid leadership and communication skills • Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus
