In collaboration with the Director of Slope Operations, you'll oversee a diverse team engaged in grooming, snowmaking, and summer projects. Solid expertise in snowmaking or grooming is essential for the role.

Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on snowmaking or grooming experience • Experience in landscape construction is a plus • Proven ability to lead teams of 30 or more • Willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions • Flexibility to cover day and overnight shifts
