Universal Chiropractic is growing again, and looking for a new Associate Chiropractor to join our dynamic team in Mississauga. We are a Spinal Health clinic with an emphasis on postural and structural rehabilitation. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about helping people become healthier, stronger versions of themselves.

What to Expect:

Our multi-disciplinary healthcare skilled team currently consists of three full-time Chiropractors, a Naturopath, a Registered Massage Therapist, a Registered Physiotherapist, as well as a dedicated support staff. We are located in a 3200 square foot clinic designed specifically for corrective chiropractic biophysics care. The clinic has extensive traction equipment, a decompression table, adjusting instruments, a class IV laser, IFC and other modalities.

Must be willing and available to work Monday or Wednesday afternoons, and Fridays and Saturday mornings. Other hours are available and will be determined together.

Requirements:

- Doctor of Chiropractic degree,
- Completed the regulatory Board certification exam,
- Experience with Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) techniques, OR an interest in learning and practicing structural spinal rehabilitation to facilitate corrective care of stenosis, scoliosis, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose neuro-musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing chiropractic techniques.




- Deliver corrective chiropractic spinal adjustments focus on structural rehabilitation of the spine and posture.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic practices and medical terminology.

Salary & Compensation:

- Split based percentage
- monthly bonus based on performance
