As a Talent Enablement Associate, you will play an essential role in supporting various initiatives at AIMCo that revolve around learning, employee engagement, and talent management. Key Responsibilities: • Administer learning management and reporting tools • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events • Prepare stakeholder communications • Monitor project milestones and initiatives • Compile and analyze talent engagement data

Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar • 1-3 years of HR or program coordination experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Adaptability in a dynamic work setting • Proficient in data handling and reporting
