Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering spotless, well-maintained vehicles that look their best.
Duties
- Clean and detail vehicles inside and out using appropriate cleaning tools and products
- Remove dirt, debris, and stains from vehicle surfaces, windows, tires, and wheels
- Apply protective coatings or waxes to enhance vehicle appearance and durability
- Inspect vehicles for damage or imperfections and communicate findings to the team
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns and ensuring customer expectations are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with other vehicle maintenance tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or auto detailing preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable team player with good communication skills
