Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Clearly explain repair recommendations, estimates, and service options in an engaging and transparent manner
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services by highlighting benefits that meet customer needs
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle histories
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to effectively communicate technical information
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and trust
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology
- Experience with cash handling, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical details to customers of all backgrounds
