Required Skills & Experience

Aerospace, Aviation, Avionics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related technical education/training. 2+ years of hands-on experience in avionics, electrical assembly, cable routing, wiring installation, or a related technical field. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, instructions, and wiring documentation. Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn in a production environment. Eligible to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.

Existing Secret

Clearance or eligibility to obtain one Ability to work 100% onsite and support morning or afternoon shifts.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Working toward or holding an AME designation Experience with Bombardier or similar aerospace manufacturing environments.

Insight Global is seeking Avionics Technicians to support a major aerospace client working on a helicopter production program. These individuals will join a closely supervised and collaborative production team responsible for performing aircraft cable and wiring installations throughout helicopter airframes. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with aerospace, aviation, avionics, or electrical installation experience who are looking to grow within a leading aerospace environment.



The client is hiring immediately and anticipates expanding the team significantly as production demands increase.

Responsibilities Include: Install and route wiring, cables, and harnesses throughout aircraft structures. Position and secure electrical wiring according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Identify, connect, and verify electrical connectors using technical documentation.

Assist with the setup and operation of testing equipment Support aircraft modification and installation activities. Work closely with senior technicians and team leads while receiving ongoing training and mentorship. Follow aerospace manufacturing, safety, and quality standards.

Pay Rate: $40/hr CAD - $58hr CAD

Benefits packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
