Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware with precision and care
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that exceeds guest expectations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing needs promptly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the event
- Clear tables, reset banquet areas swiftly between events, and maintain a tidy work environment at all times.
- Follow all food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and ensure guest safety
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; familiarity with banquet or event settings is a plus
- Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in food handling, serving, or bartending is advantageous
