Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages efficiently and accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, ensuring correct change and transaction records.
- Assist in food preparation and food service tasks, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling stations, counters, and seating areas.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe workplace for both staff and customers.

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Knowledge of the food industry standards for food safety, handling, and preparation.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and managing transactions smoothly.
- Ability to serve with professionalism while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in serving or food preparation is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
