Role Description The Bartender at Iron Will is a full-time, remote role focused on supporting virtual events, community livestreams, and interactive experiences by showcasing mixology skills and hospitality in an online setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning drink menus for online gatherings, demonstrating drink preparation via video or streaming platforms, and engaging with guests and community members in a friendly, professional manner. The role involves coordinating with event organizers, managing virtual orders or requests,



and maintaining accurate digital records of transactions when applicable.

The Bartender will help create a welcoming atmosphere, represent the Iron Will brand, and contribute ideas to improve remote event experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests and community members in a friendly, professional manner.
- Solid Food & Beverage and Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes, presentation, and responsible service practices.
- Accurate Cash Handling and basic digital payment management skills in a virtual or event-based setting.
- Comfort working with video conferencing or streaming tools, and ability to present on camera with confidence.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote setup for hosting online events.
- Prior experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, or event hosting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with events, maintain professionalism, and uphold safety and compliance guidelines.
