Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments accurately.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe setting, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware,



and utensils to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Follow all food industry regulations, including proper food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles.
- Smart serve certification required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling, making change, and measuring drinks accurately.
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential.
