Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash register operations using POS systems such as Toast , accurately handling cash, credit, and food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Collaborate with servers to coordinate beverage orders efficiently

Skills





- Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, including Toast, for productive transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Effective time management skills to handle busy periods seamlessly
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding legal alcohol service regulations
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
