Bartender – Rebo’s Argentine Cuisine

At Rebo’s Argentine Cuisine, we bring the warmth, flavour, and spirit of Argentina to Kamloops through authentic dishes, handcrafted cocktails, and family-style hospitality, and that’s where you come in. We are looking for a skilled bartender who can work independently, take ownership of the bar program, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, wines, beers, and Rebo’s signature Argentine-inspired drinks with consistency and precision.
- Work independently behind the bar while maintaining high standards of speed, cleanliness, and organization.
- Provide friendly and professional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Argentine hospitality.
- Manage bar setup and closing duties, including stock rotation, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor service and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to support service flow during peak hours.

Qualifications:





- 1-2+ Bartending experience with strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and time management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Passion for hospitality and interest in mixology, spirits, and cocktail development.
- Serving It Right certification.
