Join our energetic team as a Baseball Coach, where you'll inspire and develop athletes through engaging training sessions, strategic gameplay, and positive mentorship. As a Baseball Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping confident, disciplined players while promoting a love for the game.

Responsibilities

- Lead and organize baseball practices, drills, and game strategies to enhance player skills and teamwork
- Work with our Technical director to teach fundamental baseball techniques including batting, pitching, fielding, and base running with clear instructions and demonstrations
- Monitor player performance during practices and games, providing constructive feedback to support improvement
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities to prevent injuries and promote a secure environment
- Foster a positive team culture by encouraging sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players and staff
- Coordinate with assistant coaches and staff to plan schedules, manage equipment,



and prepare for competitions
- Promote the development of life skills such as leadership, perseverance, and teamwork through athletic participation

Experience

- Proven experience in coaching baseball or similar team sports at youth or amateur levels
- Strong background in teaching sports techniques with an ability to communicate clearly and motivate players of diverse ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of safety standards related to sports activities and equipment management
- Experience in organizing practice sessions, game plans, and team strategies effectively
- NCCP certified
- Must provide a current Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector
