Working 22 hours per week, you'll engage with families and interdisciplinary teams to create effective behaviour support strategies. A master’s degree and BACB certification are necessary for this impactful role, embodied by collaboration and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement behavior support interventions • Work with families to develop individualized strategies • Provide coaching and consultation within the community • Evaluate the implementation of behaviour strategies • Promote inclusive practices across various environments

Requirements: • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field • Certification from the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board • At least two years of experience working with children • Minimum 2000 hours focused on children with autism or disabilities • Clinical training in PBS or ABA necessary
