We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BI Analyst to support business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, dashboard development and data-driven decision-making initiatives. You will work closely with business, operations, finance,



technology and management teams to transform data into meaningful insights and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyse and interpret business and operational data.
- Create and maintain BI reports, dashboards and data visualisations.
- Support business reporting and performance measurement initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Write and maintain basic to intermediate SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Clean, validate and reconcile data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through data analysis.
- Support KPI development, tracking and performance reporting.
- Assist with data modelling and preparation for reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and assist with resolution.
- Prepare documentation for reports, dashboards, data sources and business
