Become a Bilingual AWS Test Analyst in Toronto, focusing on Amazon Connect solutions. Support quality assurance while engaging in both French and English interactions. We are hiring a Bilingual Test Analyst with strong hands-on experience in AWS and Amazon Connect.

This hybrid role will require you to work onsite 3 to 4 days a week, developing and executing comprehensive test cases to ensure optimal performance of cloud-based contact solutions. Your ability to communicate in both languages will be essential in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute detailed test cases for cloud solutions
- Conduct integration and functional testing on Amazon Connect
- Validate call flows, routing profiles, and customer journeys
- Troubleshoot issues and document findings comprehensively
- Collaborate closely with project teams for issue resolution Requirements:
