This role entails direct interaction with clients through an inbound call queue, managing inquiries and documenting claims accurately. Key Responsibilities: • Provide expertise on company policies and services • Handle inbound calls for inquiries and new claims • Document conversations and actions taken on claims • Initiate challenging conversations with clarity • Meet daily call center performance metrics
Requirements: • Experience in customer service and sales • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to thrive in quick-changing environments • Must work 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday • Eligible to work in Canada
