In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing dedicated account assistance to corporate clients to cultivate strong customer relationships and client retention.
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to deliver tailored product and service solutions to existing accounts.
- Assisting business clients with online ordering systems, account inquiries, and portal management.
- Resolving client account, order, and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Overseeing inventory allocation and stock management relative to incoming client orders.
- Collaborating across operational and sales departments to maintain operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous customer service, sales support, or account coordination,
ideally within technology or related sectors.
- Technical aptitude with solid proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management capabilities.
