Critelli Furniture is currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team in their Downtown St. Catharines location.
We are looking for an energetic individual to join our administration team that consistently enjoys providing industry best customer service along with excellent administrative and problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate in person, over the phone and by email is essential. Creative thinking to improve any situation effectively and efficiently in your daily work with clients, staff, suppliers and co-workers is highly valued.
Here's What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Administration daily duties
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- General Office Bookkeeping
- Generate customer account statements and take payments for sales and deliveries
- Manage incoming documents including invoices, packing slips, receipts, etc.
- Create purchase orders for new stock
- Receiving new shipments
- Acting Customer Service Representative
- Taking service calls from clients and responding by providing information, problem solving, or escalating the matter as appropriate
- Ordering replacement products or parts
- Following Vendor chargebacks and service credits
- Other duties as requested by Joe and Julia Critelli
Job Requirements:
- College Diploma in business/accounting
- 3+ years Accounts Receivable or Payable experience
- General Accounting and Bookkeeping knowledge and experience
- Professional with strong communication skills
- Ability to learn company Operating System
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow company procedures
