- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including roll-off trucks, dump trucks, and delivery trucks
- Load and unload materials as per customers requests
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery of goods
- Ensure proper securing and handling of cargo to prevent damage during transportation
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
Experience:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with experience in roll-off truck operation, heavy equipment operation, or route driving
- Ability to safely operate and maneuver large vehicles in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations related to commercial driving
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Solid communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
Note: Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts is a plus but not required. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00-$45.00 per hour
