Responsibilities include developing treatment plans and overseeing program execution, complemented by the requirement to travel to La Loche and neighboring regions for patient interactions.

Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required • Master of Physical Therapy may be considered • Registered with Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists • HSAS members preferred per collective agreement • Ability to travel for service delivery
