Our ideal Budtender candidate is friendly and approachable, much like a barista in your favorite coffee shop. Our incredible Budtenders are Princess Buds secret to success — they connect each unique customer with the perfect product and method of consumption for their needs.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1 year of cannabis retail experience.
- Strong knowledge of flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, and topicals.
- Understanding of THC, CBD, CBN, CBG, terpenes, potency, and consumption methods.
- Confidently educate customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Friendly, qualified, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to responsible, compliant cannabis sales.

Responsibilities




- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service.
- Educate customers on cannabis products and consumption methods.
- Help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Verify identification and follow applicable Ontario cannabis regulations.
- Restock and maintain inventory.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Stay up to date on products and cannabis industry knowledge.
