Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Building Superintendent to support the daily maintenance and operation of a residential property. This is an active, practical role involving regular building maintenance, unit turnovers, cleaning and garbage duties, minor repairs, painting, inspections, and resident support.

The employer is willing to support an eligible Temporary Foreign Worker through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Employer Job Offer stream, subject to program requirements.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily building inspections and general maintenance.
- Complete minor repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, access-control, and other building systems.
- Complete unit turnover work, including repairs, patching, painting, and preparation for occupancy.
- Perform garbage and recycling duties and maintain garbage rooms and common areas.
- Respond to maintenance requests and after-hours building issues as required.
- Coordinate and provide access to contractors and service providers.
- Maintain building, mechanical, storage,



and service areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Complete basic maintenance records, work orders, and incident reports.
- Support snow removal, seasonal maintenance, and other building operational duties as required.

Requirements
- Previous building maintenance, superintendent, construction, or related hands-on experience.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to perform physical work and use common maintenance tools safely.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to building emergencies when required.
- Valid Canadian work authorization preferred; eligible Temporary Foreign Worker candidates requiring OINP employer support may also be considered.

Pay: $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 44.0 per week
