Requirement

- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Architect in IT

- Experience in individual insurance (life, health, and/or disability), minimum 1 to 2 years

- Experience in functional design and business architecture documentation

- Experience in application transformation or modernization initiatives

PREFERRED

- Experience across all three product lines: life, health, and disability insurance

- Experience with a Quebec-based insurer (e.g., IA, Beneva, SSQ, La Capitale, or equivalent)

ASSET

- Bilingualism (French and English)

- Knowledge of modeling tools (ArchiMate, BPMN, or equivalent)
