Join a leading financial institution supporting AML transaction monitoring and Financial Crime Risk Management initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between business users, technology teams, and QA teams to translate regulatory and detection requirements into sustainable technology solutions. The position focuses on business testing, data interpretation, and large dataset analysis within transaction monitoring platforms.

Candidates will work within a team environment supporting critical AML change initiatives.

Must Haves

- 5-7 years in Business Analysis supporting data and technology initiatives
- Business Acceptance Testing with business testing plan creation and execution
- Robust SQL capability to interpret data and derive conclusions from large datasets
- ETL, data mapping, and data lineage exposure




- Undergraduate degree

Nice to Have
- AML transaction monitoring background
- Oracle ECM / Transaction Monitoring exposure
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other BA tools

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements for technology and QA teams
- Support AML transaction monitoring initiatives across FCRM platforms
- Interpret data and derive conclusions from large datasets
- Create business testing plans from business use case perspectives
- Execute business acceptance testing activities with BAT test leads
- Coordinate with data, technology, and data governance teams
- Support operational readiness and sustainable BAU platform changes
