Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Handle food with proper hygiene practices and adhere to food safety regulations
- Assist in setting up dining areas for service, including table arrangements and supplies
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations




- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Skills

- Experience in cleaning, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
