It is an exciting time at Higgie’s! We are expanding and offering our customers a one-of-a-kind experience with our soon-to-open Café!

We are currently recruiting a Café Manager for our Sidney location. Are you passionate about pets and creating the ultimate customer experience? This may be the role you are looking for!

Our Café Manager is a hands-on manager role for an experienced leader and skilled barista that understands the customer experience is everything. You lead by example, give clear direction and expectations to your team, create & drive consistent systems within the café and build a team that feels confident & supported.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a minimum of 2 years of café, coffee shop or hospitality experience.
- Direct experience leading & developing a team.
- Skilled & confident barista, ideally with experience on an espresso machine.
- Strong customer service focus, and trains your team to do the same.
- Excellent communicator & motivator – makes work fun!
- Highly organized, with an eye for administration & record keeping.




- Confident at trouble shooting, is proactive, always acts with the best interest of the business & customer.
- Adaptable, can change as business needs or priorities adjust.
- Loves pets, coffee and creating fun & memorable experiences!
