Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in a professional and engaging manner to set appointments for our sales team
- Follow scripted guidelines while maintaining a lively and positive tone throughout conversations
- Accurately record appointment details and update customer records using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information to ensure appointments are scheduled with the right prospects

- Maintain high levels of customer service by demonstrating excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish when needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service roles
