Call Center Representative

Austin, TX

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | On-site

Our Austin office is looking for a Call Center Representative to handle customer calls, understand what people need, and make sure each interaction is handled clearly and professionally.

You’ll speak with different customers throughout the day, answer questions, provide accurate information, and follow up when additional support is needed.

We’re looking for someone who communicates confidently, listens carefully, and can stay organized while managing different conversations and requests.

A typical week could involve:

Answering incoming customer calls

Listening to customers and understanding their requests

Providing information about products, services, and processes

Handling routine questions and straightforward concerns

Making outbound calls when follow-up is required

Recording call details and updating customer information

Following up on open requests

Transferring calls to the appropriate department

Working with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Following established call-handling and customer service procedures

Monday to Friday The position is full-time and office-based in Austin.



You’ll work alongside the wider customer support team and have access to the systems, information, and procedures needed to handle customer enquiries.

Previous call center experience is useful, but we also consider people with backgrounds in customer service, reception, administration, sales support, hospitality, and other roles involving regular communication with customers.

You’ll need clear communication skills, basic computer confidence, attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional during different types of customer conversations.

Experience using phones, customer databases, CRM systems, or other workplace software is helpful.

Training is provided on company systems, services, and procedures.
