We are currently looking for a well organized, efficient Warehouse Delivery Driver / Manager to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Strong Organizational skills and ability to maintain 2 warehouse locations are an asset.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a 16ft delivery truck throughout the Banff and Canmore area
- Deliver and professionally set up furniture in customers’ homes
- Work alongside a delivery partner to unload and install merchandise
- Trouble Shooting, problem solving are essential skills.
- Strong Time Management skills
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during every delivery
- Secure merchandise for safe transport
- Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery preparation
- Bring organization and efficiency to both of our warehouse locations.
- Maintain the warehouse and track all items, supply chain and logistics experience.
- Maintain a clean and professional delivery vehicle
- Represent Castle Mountain Home Furnishings in a positive manner at all times
- Heavy Lifting
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a delivery vehicle
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to safely lift and move furniture on a daily basis
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Managerial experience and warehouse management
- Reliable,
punctual, and team-oriented
- Experience with furniture or appliance delivery is considered an asset
- Strong Communication and organizational skills required. Both written and verbal
Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience

Requirements
- Class 5 drivers license
- Successful criminal record check
- Successful driver’s abstract review
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move furniture throughout the day
- Ability to organize and manage 2 warehouses and improve systems.
- Ability to build furniture and work with your hands
