In this pivotal role under the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will ensure efficient invoicing and collaborate with various departments, including sales and revenue management. Your responsibilities will include document organization, payment tracking, and supporting the collection processes. Key Responsibilities: • Create accurate invoices for timely submission • Verify documents for billing accuracy • Coordinate with operational and AP teams • Act as back up for collections processes • Assist in developing AR process improvements
Requirements: • Preferred post-secondary education in accounting • At least 3 years in a billing or accounting role • Organized and skilled in data-entry work • Experience within the cargo industry is a plus • SAP S4 Hana knowledge is an asset
