At Custom Cubes, we are not a typical production shop. We are building a high-performance, organized, and safety-driven production environment as we scale rapidly. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Carpenter plays a key role in building and finishing custom container-based structures.

Beyond carpentry, this role contributes to improving how we work by supporting our 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to build a cleaner, safer, and more efficient shop. What You Will Be Doing:

You will perform carpentry, framing, finishing, installation, and assembly work on custom container-based builds.

Your responsibilities include measuring, layout, cutting, fitting, fastening, and assembling components based on drawings and specifications. You will read and interpret shop drawings, project requirements, dimensions, and instructions daily. You will collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality expectations while actively contributing ideas to improve workflow efficiency and quality.

Supporting and maintaining high safety standards, along with a clean, organized workspace aligned with our 5S standards, is required in all tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

We need someone with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on carpentry or construction experience. Strong proficiency in measuring, layout, framing, finishing, installation, and general carpentry work is required, and experience with custom builds is an asset.



You need the ability to read and interpret shop drawings, dimensions, and project requirements, backed by a solid understanding of workmanship, tolerances, and quality expectations.

We are looking for someone with experience working independently and supporting a small team on the shop floor, who can coach, guide, and support less experienced team members when needed. You must be reliable, team-oriented, take ownership of your work, and bring a robust work ethic with attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship.

This is an in-person role requiring you to work from our Delta facility.

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour based on experience
