We are looking for a keen individual who wants to use their carpentry skills in the manufacturing process of specialized mobile units. The individual we seek will have a minimum of 3 years in a carpentry / woodworking role with the ability and want, to undertake a variety of tasks. The role will focus on the overall manufacturing process in the areas of carpentry; interior sheeting of walls, floors, ceilings; 2 x 4 wall construction; cutting and installation of moldings; installation of flooring and laminate.
Key Role Accountabilities
· Sheeting interior with plywood and laminate to include sanding after installation
· Wall framing
· Floor sheeting in preparation for flooring and installation of flooring
· Cut and install moldings
· Proficient use of table saw, chop saw, power drill, bandsaw, grinders, sander
· Ability to work both under direction and independently as the job requires
· Valid BC Driver’s license and reliable transportation
