We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Case Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an immigration office and possess solid knowledge of Canadian immigration processes. This role involves preparing and managing temporary and permanent residence applications, handling client interactions, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review immigration applications, including temporary visas, work permits, study permits, and permanent residence applications
- Assist clients by providing accurate information, guidance, and support throughout the application process
- Complete and submit immigration forms with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain and organize confidential client records and documentation
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and communication (email, phone, and in-person)
- Ensure all applications comply with current Canadian immigration laws and regulations
- Handle data entry and maintain case files using internal systems and software
- Communicate with clients to collect required documents and provide updates on their applications
- Support office operations, including front desk duties and responding to client inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely processing of applications
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an immigration office handling temporary and/or permanent residence applications
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, including visas and permits
- Experience preparing applications such as work permits, study permits, visitor visas, and PR applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience with immigration portals and online application systems is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
