Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a basic understanding of facilities maintenance and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking shelves as necessary.
- Utilize schematics for product placement and store layout optimization.
- Support facilities maintenance tasks when required, including basic electrical troubleshooting.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance, including the ability to weld or fabricate items as needed.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous.
- Understanding of electrical systems and logic controllers is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
