Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling opportunities, and product demos to enhance their experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and inviting
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and improve customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding stock levels, customer needs,



and store policies

Requirements

- Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, totaling transactions, and giving accurate change
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate product demos and upsell items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and positive attitude
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging a diverse clientele
- Reliable time management skills to ensure smooth daily operations
