Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and process transactions accurately at the cash register
- Prepare, assemble, and serve food items efficiently in the kitchen area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Safely load, unload, and transport deliveries using appropriate moving equipment such as dollies.
- Deliver orders promptly to customers’ locations while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate order preparation and delivery schedules
- Assist with inventory management by moving supplies within the storage areas as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and move items safely using proper techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking across different roles is advantageous
