Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card, mobile payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Conduct product demos when necessary to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and inviting
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, customer needs, or technical issues
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries




- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to minimize wait times and improve overall service flow
- Apply basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily sales

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashier experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products and promotions
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic merchandising techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Basic math proficiency for accurate cash transactions and register balancing
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
