Indigenous Box is building a pool of casual warehouse associates to help during busy periods and large projects. You’ll pick and pack orders, prepare gift boxes, and help with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse work.
We’re looking for people who work at a steady pace, communicate clearly, and work well with others, especially when packing orders together on an assembly line. More hours may be available during the holiday season and large corporate projects.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately
- Arrange products neatly to create a excellent unboxing experience
- Work with teammates on packing lines to keep orders moving
- Prepare products and packaging, including wrapping fragile items, applying labels, and assembling boxes
- Help prepare shipments and receive, count, and put away products
- Greet customers picking up orders and help them with their pickups
- Restock supplies, help with inventory counts, and keep work areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual for shifts you accept
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
- A clear communicator who works well as part of a team
- Friendly and helpful when speaking with customers
- Comfortable standing, lifting boxes, and doing repetitive hands-on work
- Able to follow instructions and shift priorities
- Available primarily on weekdays; some weekend availability is an asset
Warehouse or retail experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided. Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
