Relaxation Massage Practitioner — Non-RMT / NHPC Member
Location: Surrey, BC
Compensation: 50% commission per completed service

We are looking for a qualified, professional relaxation massage practitioner to join our beauty and wellness centre in Surrey. The ideal candidate is dependable, caring and committed to providing a comfortable, welcoming experience for every client.
Required Qualifications
- Current Practitioner-level membership with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) covering the massage/bodywork services you will provide.
- Completed relevant massage or bodywork training, with a certificate or diploma available for verification.
- Knowledge of safe massage techniques, client consent, appropriate draping and hygiene.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Previous spa or wellness experience preferred.
This is a non-RMT position focused on relaxation and general wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide relaxation massage within your training and qualifications.
- Discuss client preferences,
relevant health concerns and service suitability before each appointment.
- Obtain consent and maintain client comfort throughout each session.
- Keep accurate client and appointment records.
- Clean and disinfect equipment and service areas between appointments.
- Follow hygiene, infection-control and workplace procedures.
- Work professionally with clients and team members.
Compensation The practitioner receives 50% commission per completed service. Earnings depend on the services performed and completed bookings.
