About StreamScan
StreamScan Cybersecurity, founded in 2011, protects critical businesses in manufacturing, defence, aerospace, critical infrastructure, and other key sectors from sophisticated cyber threats. The company delivers proactive threat detection and rapid incident response through proprietary AI-driven technology and a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). StreamScan emphasizes innovation, transparency, and close collaboration, with its clients and partners.
StreamScan’s mission is to ensure business continuity through maximum protection, proactive threat mitigation, and personalized support.
The opportunity
This is a build-and-grow role in an early-stage channel. The program already has structure, but plenty is still open, so you will have real input into which partners we prioritize, how we enable them, how we support them to be successful with our solutions, and how the channel grows.
What you'll do
- Recruit new MSP and reseller partners: identify good-fit providers, run outreach, and close partnership agreements.
- Grow revenue with existing partners through joint planning, enablement, and regular business reviews.
- Onboard and train partner sales teams so they can position StreamScan's MDR, XDR, EDR, and incident response offerings with confidence.
- Help build and refine the partner program: structure, incentives, tiers, and processes as the channel matures.
- Create and maintain partner-facing content: sales guides, enablement material, pitch decks, and onboarding resources.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, coordinating with our SOC, technical, and leadership teams to keep deals moving.
- Support partners on live opportunities: co-selling, proposals,
pricing, and answering technical questions with help from our team.
- Track partner pipeline and report on channel performance.
- Represent StreamScan at partner events and industry functions.
What you bring
- Direct experience working with MSPs. This is a must: you understand how they operate, how they make money, and how they buy.
- 3 to 5 years in channel sales, partner management, or MSP-facing roles, ideally in cybersecurity or IT services.
- A track record of recruiting or growing partner relationships and hitting revenue targets.
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written. This is a requirement, not a preference.
- Comfort with cybersecurity concepts and the ability to explain them in plain terms to a partner's sales team.
- Strong self-management and a builder's mindset: this is a remote role in a channel that is still taking shape, so you will own your territory and help define how it runs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.
Nice to have
- Experience with MDR, SOC, or managed security services.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as CMMC, ISO 27001, and the compliance pressures driving security spend.
- An existing network of MSP or reseller contacts in Canada.
