FLYGTA is a private charter operator based at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), flying a fleet of Challenger 604/605 heavy jets. We're a growing operation with plans to expand our footprint, including a potential second base in Florida. We work in an extremely fast paced environment, care about doing things right for our clients, and are building a team that grows with the company.

The Role

We're hiring a Charter Sales Representative – Inside Sales to be the first point of contact for our clients and brokers. Your core responsibility from day one: turning incoming quote requests into accurate, competitive, fast-turnaround quotes. This is a high-volume, detail-driven role where speed and precision directly impact the sale.

This position is the entry point into a broader charter sales career at FLYGTA, as you master quoting, the role expands into deeper client relationship management, proactive sales outreach, and account growth.

What You'll Do

- Respond to inbound charter quote requests quickly and accurately, using current fleet, routing, and pricing data
- Build and price multi-leg and one-way trip quotes, factoring in positioning, fuel, crew, and airport fees
- Track and follow up on outstanding quotes to convert them into booked trips
- Maintain accurate records of quote activity, win/loss reasons, and client preferences in our booking/CRM systems
- Coordinate with the flight operations and crew scheduling teams to confirm aircraft and crew availability before quoting,



and have a solid understanding of crew schedules
- Build relationships with repeat clients and brokers, becoming a trusted point of contact
- As the role grows: proactively source new charter business, and support pricing and marketing strategies

What We're Looking For

- Robust attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with same-day turnaround expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong number sense; comfortable working through pricing calculations quickly
- Prior experience in charter sales, aviation, travel, or a similar client-facing/quoting role is an asset but not required, otherwise, a deep understanding of business aviation of flying background is an asset, we'll train the right person
- Proficiency with CRM tools, scheduling software, or willingness to learn ours quickly
- A self-starter and no supervision required mindset, this role is meant to grow, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with it
